Indian Blood Service (IBS) was founded in 2012 by Nilesh Ghedia after identifying a critical gap in India’s healthcare system—the absence of a reliable, quality-driven bedside blood service that serves patients and hospitals with both speed and humanity. IBS was created to ensure that the right blood reaches the right patient at the right time—every time, especially in moments when every second matters. More than a service, IBS is a life-saving mission built on trust, responsiveness, and ethical practices, supporting hospitals, doctors, patients, and families during their most critical hours.
