The Gajanand Pauva House Once upon a time, two brothers named Gajendra and Kalyan Singh had a passion for Indian food. They dreamed of sharing their unique recipes with the world and opening a fast food restaurant that would offer customers a taste of their delicious cuisine. And so, they founded Gajanand Pauva House. Their journey started with a second-hand cycle in the early 2000s, when they began selling snacks and sweets in Ahmedabad. They quickly gained a loyal following, and by 2007, they expanded their business to Gujarat University, where they started selling their signature dishes such as pauva (poha), khichu, and upma. These dishes were an instant hit, and customers loved the unique flavors and textures.
