Established in 1899 by Shri Jamnadas Chunilal Ghariwala, Shah Jamnadas C. Ghariwala is renowned for its traditional sweets. Originally selling Pakwan, he introduced Ghari made from rava, which became a customer favorite. Later, inspired by a saint's advice, he perfected the recipe using milk solids (mava), creating the iconic Ghari that remains popular today.
